Unlike many of our clients, the priority for Freebird Interiors wasn't a new website, but rather how to formalise a variety of documents, processes and procedures for a rapidly growing business.
Having been initially put off by discussions with larger management consultants and their impersonal approach, Owner/Director, Alastair Johnson, was happy to work with Cyangold as a specialist business advisor for small businesses.
From Human Resources to Health and Safety, and Production to Customer Communications, we helped the Freebird Interiors team to review their internal processes and workflow, and to develop a range of company documents and policies for the long term.
